Behind the Scene Tour

Terms and Conditions:

1. All purchased tickets must be used on the same day of the booked purchase.
2. Refunds may only be requested prior to the booked date or on the same day of the booking. No refunds will be given for expired, unused tickets.
3. No Outside Food or Beverages are allowed in the Behind the Scenes area.
4. No strollers are allowed in the Behind the Scenes area for the visitors' safety.
5. BTS attendees must come in to claim their tickets 10 minutes prior to the start time of their tour.
6. Safety instructions must be followed when requested by security or TSCK staff.
7. Parents are responsible for their children's safety throughout the whole of the Behind the Scenes area. TSCK staff are not responsible for children throughout the tour.
8. Smoking is prohibited within any areas of the Behind the Scenes.
9. Please note that the minimum age requirement for booking the BTS is 5 years old. kids of 5 years old can go over the bridge to feed the fish.
10. Additionally, visitors must wear appropriate shoes and clothes and not wear slippery shoes, high heels, or long clothes that might cause the person to stumble or fall.
11. The maximum group number of attendees to the BTS area is 7 people. The group has to have a minimum of 1 adult who is their Parent/Guardian over the age of 18.
12. If visitors are more than 15 minutes late to the start point, TSCK reserves the right to cancel or reschedule as required with no refund.
